Earnestine is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and relocated to Atlanta in 1965. She has over 25 years experience with the Bell System and AT&T where she held several managerial positions in sales, marketing and human resources.

She also has several years of experience in the executive search arena. She attended University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut. She has also volunteered with the Dekalb County Board of Health where she was awarded the 2010 Volunteer of the Year award.

Dale Ford

Dale has more than 30 years of experience as an Architect. Dale was employed with DeKalb County for 20+ years. He is a Licensed Building Inspector. Dale has also been a member of Building Officials; Association of Georgia (BOAG) as well as The International Code Council (ICC). He is currently the owner and proprietor of Dfordgroup, LLC.


Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural and a Masters of Architecture both from Tuskegee Institute.

Paul Tomlinson

Treasurer

Paul currently works in the Non-Profit industry with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, where they build affordable homes for qualified home buyers residing in the metro Atlanta area. Tomlinson is a member of the company’s finance team where he manages and services over 1,000 homeowners’ mortgage accounts.  He also works as a Real Estate Property Manager on a part-time basis.  Prior to joining Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, Tomlinson has held various senior Auditing and Accounting  middle management positions in the banking and insurance industry.  This experience totals more than 25 years. He has also served as an consultant with the Department of Community Health (DCH) for the State of Georgia. Tomlinson also has extensive experience in Auditing, customer service, and cash management.


Paul holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from City University of New York-Baruch College, and a Master's Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University. He has also served on the board of directors for Prudential House of Agape for the past 6 years. 

Adrienne Jones

Adrienne has more than 20 years of experience within the telecommunication industry, including more than 15 years with Verizon, where she gained Executive Professional experience while providing Technical Support of implementations and as corporate trainer.  Adrienne has also worked as a Technical Assistant/Training Specialist for Pathways Community Network Institute, where she supported the State of Georgia Homeless Agencies by developing training processes, procedures and technical assistance; in addition to conducting data monitoring  visits.


Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Masters of Arts in 

Organizational Leadership both from Shorter University. She is currently enrolled in doctoral classes where she will receive her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.

She is also a member of  ATD and Project Management Institute.
